Background

Born in Hungary and having lived in both the United States and Europe, I have developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and a drive to support individuals from all backgrounds. My journey as a competitive athlete has instilled in me the values of discipline, teamwork, and resilience — qualities I integrate into my training approach.

Experience

Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I am committed to helping you achieve lasting results. Through years of learning from skilled strength coaches, physical therapists, and spiritual directors, I approach fitness holistically. After undergoing three knee surgeries — including ACL, MCL, and meniscus repairs — I understand the importance of prioritizing long-term health firsthand. While studying kinesiology and psychology at the University of Maryland, I am dedicated to consistently expanding my knowledge to better guide my clients toward their fitness goals. With a genuine passion for fitness, I focus on building strong, supportive relationships with each client. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals!
