Led by a former athlete and diligent student researching human exercise movement and psychology, seeking knowledge to change the world. Our Coaches:

Levente T. Sabath | Founder/Lead Trainer

- Born in Hungary and having lived across both the United States and Europe, I’ve had the opportunity to experience a rich diversity of cultures, which has shaped my understanding and respect for people from all walks of life. My journey as a competitive athlete has taught me valuable lessons in discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Over the years, I’ve acquired knowledge from skilled strength coaches, spiritual directors, and physical therapists, integrating their techniques and insights into my own training approach.

After enduring multiple knee surgeries— ACL, MCL, and meniscus ruptures —I gained firsthand experience in rebuilding a resilient body and prioritizing long-term health. I’m currently studying Exercise Science and Psychology to deepen my knowledge and enhance my ability to guide clients toward their fitness goals.

With a passion for fitness and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others, I’m dedicated to building strong, supportive relationships with my clients. My mission is to help you not only achieve your goals but to also discover a lasting love for movement and a healthier lifestyle.
